After years working in the Dallas real estate market, we saw an opportunity to approach homebuilding in a different way: One where well-crafted design simultaneously elevates the neighborhood and respects it.

The Value of an EDHC Home
An EDHC home's design has been thoughtfully and strategically considered before any dirt is moved. We analyze site lines and lot setbacks, look at the home’s potential relationship to neighbors’ walls, windows and yards, and proactively keep existing (and value-adding) trees on the lot. Then, working closely with our partners, we set out to design something purposeful, beautiful, and different from our last project. From curb appeal to interior finishing touches, we consider every element along the way, ensuring a lifetime of exceptional living.
